At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Queen attended the screening of The Sea Inside, one of the most emblematic works of contemporary Spanish cinema, inspired by the true story of Ramón Sampedro. The film—winner of 14 Goya Awards, including Best Film and Best Director, as well as the 2004 Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film—addresses major social issues such as euthanasia and the right to a dignified life.

  2. Love the jacket and top, not crazy about the pants with them. Are the pants light grey or white? The fit is good.

  3. J’adore le blazer à carreaux pied de poule dont une des couleurs se retrouve dans son haut ; son look est finalisé par un élégant pantalon blanc crème !

  7. I don’t particularly care for this outfit on Letizia. The pants look like they are swamping her, and I don’t like the houndstooth pattern/colors of the jacket, although perhaps she was trying to incorporate red and green for Christmas.

    1. A pretty and simple outfit for watching a film. Lovely jacket with the shirt picking up the green.

  8. The jacket is lovely of good quality, the green top blends in well, I like this combination. The pants on the other hand, I don't like. too baggy.

  9. The tailoring is perfect, just look at the side seam, the pattern lines up exactly next to each other. Now that does make a garment more expensive but the perfection is worth it.

  10. She looks super. So nice to see one of these current "Queens" dressed like normal people and continually vying with each other for the best "fashion model" look

  13. @Royal Watcher, you would know the difference between Houndstooth and a Plaid check. Fully agree with 01.25 the tailoring is excellent and totally concur with 06.47. Leticia is dressed casually but elegantly.

    1. @Anon 10:48 - I’m not sure I would know the difference on my own, but the description of the blazer under the photo of it from Sandro says “Houndstooth.”
