On Saturday, November 29, 2025, Prince Albert II of Monaco, accompanied by Princess Stéphanie’s children — Louis Ducruet and his wife Marie Ducruet, Pauline Ducruet, and Camille Gottlieb — took part in the closing gala of the 5th edition of the Festival des Étoilés at the Salle Empire of Hôtel de Paris in Monte-Carlo. Several celebrities were also in attendance, including model Baptiste Giabiconi and Italian singer Fedez.

Marie Ducruet has stepped up her game lately, thats a lovely gown. Pauline has worn this gown before, nothing exciting! Camille's gown looks classy.
ReplyDeleteThey all look very good, especially in the last photo, and this is the best I've seen Marie look - fabulous! Her dress is perfect for her.

Camille must have come across a draped curtain on the way and dragged it along, accidentally? But maybe she has a dress hiding under it. As for Pauline, it is difficult to ascertain if her gown has something more to offer than being black from head to toe. Maybe yes, it just happens to be not visible. What I like is what she does not have: mermaid locks or a blowout or any other way of excessive hair. - Marie looks quite pretty.
ReplyDeleteOuff, of all your judgements the one that I think might be most hurtful is “Pauline looks quite pretty”. In my opinion she looks nothing short of completely stunning.
DeleteWho am I hurting by calling P. pretty? Maybe you, because you don't agree with my opinion? Sorry, but this is ridiculous.
DeleteThere's something oddly cheap about a lot of these galas in Monaco. The decorations, the lighting, the photographs. They are all very lacking.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, the Prince's extended family and most of the guests also looks quite tacky, creating an overall effect that resembles a Real Housewives spin-off by Bravo TV rather than events taking place in the home of one of the oldest ruling dynasties in the world.
Jeepers, glad I’m not standing before you to hear whether you say about me!
Delete@22:20 This is my impression in most cases too, I am afraid. They lack what is unique and fascinating about royalty completely.

DeleteYou are right. It is always been like that in Monaco. When Princess Grace was still alive there was a bit of more standing. But otherwise, who were the people who came to the casino's in Monte Carlo ? Movie stars, sport stars, nobility from a lower category but with a lot of money and unfortunately also people with a lot of money but with a doubtful reputation. Everybody who spend a lot of money in the casino's were welcome no matter what reputation they had.
The Ducruets plus Madame Gottlieb are looking mighty fine here. Good of them to support Prince Albert.
ReplyDeleteI think it is the least they can do to support uncle Albert. What would they be without him ?
DeleteWell dressed ladies and family with the Prince in these photos. However, Princess Charlene is an almost impossible act to follow. With her classic beauty and quiet simple elegance - never too showy , just perfectly styled from head to toe - she always shines and shows kindness and grace. She’s grown into her role the hard way and I admire her perseverance. I think Camille is cute and will hopefully take style tips from Princess Charlene.
ReplyDeleteVery flattering words for Princess Charlene here! She does seem to be doing a splendid job. Having watched her transform her face since the beginning of her public days with Albert, I always struggle with “classic beauty” as an accolade, as she has changed from her natural beauty which really was so beautiful to someone different. Yes she’s understated, yes she grows and grows in public gracefulness; but I always wonder whether so so many cosmetic interventions were born out of happiness and contentment.
Delete100% Agreed with Mrs Dogwood.

DeleteSono d'accordo con te su tutto.
Brown an pd burgundy seem to be the fall colour. I am thinking Camille’s looks better in person. Pauline always dresses plain, beautiful girl but I I not a fan of the severely pulled back hair. The men all look great in their tuxedos. The prince has a very supportive family.
ReplyDeleteMarie to me looks lovely. The gown suits her well. Love the color.
ReplyDeleteQue d'élégance chez ces dames ; sur le moment, je n'ai pas reconnu Marie Ducruet qui est superbe !
