On November 21, 2025, the President of the Portuguese Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, was in Monaco for an official visit — the first ever by a Portuguese Head of State to the Principality. Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène welcomed President Rebelo de Sousa with an official ceremony in the Courtyard of the Prince's Palace of Monaco.
After the bilateral meeting between the two heads of state, official gifts and national decorations were exchanged. Prince Albert II bestowed upon President Rebelo de Sousa the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Charles. Meanwhile, the Portuguese President presented the Monegasque sovereign with the Grand Collar of the Order of Christ and awarded Princess Charlène the Grand Cross of the same order.

Too bad we weren't able to see the back of the dress. I'm hoping some more pictures will become available. The lighter color on the model really shows the details well. Charlene looks like she has completely charmed their guests!

There are a couple of clips doing the rounds,where you can see the coat dress movement. It sits where fits! The back with the pleats are perfection. The whole look exquisite!

Princess Charlene is looking so good in this beautiful green coat dress. So much better for her than the white, cream, black outfits she used to wear lately. The contrast with her very fair skin is better too. Lucky she didn't choose the same green as on the model.

I wonder what triggered that substantial change in hairstyle several months back and now clothes, after decades of minimalist outfits. She looks absolutely perfect princess here (although exceedingly slim which like others have said, is very noticeable and worrying).
