Queen Mathilde is undertaking a working visit to the Republic of Armenia in her capacity as Advocate for the UN Sustainable Development Goals. On the second day of her visit, the Queen visited Norashen National Park, where the United Nations Development Programme and local authorities are joining forces to safeguard a 140,000-hectare site. She then officially launched a reforestation project led by the My Forest Armenia association.
On her way to the next stop, Queen Mathilde visited a unique place where tradition and taste converge — a venue entirely dedicated to lavash, the ancient Armenian bread.
In Armenia, the school enrolment rate for children under the age of five remains relatively low, particularly in rural areas. The Armenian authorities, in partnership with UNICEF, are working to expand access to early childhood education by establishing new nursery schools and training qualified educational staff. The Queen visited a nursery school in Tsaghkunk that was fully renovated by UNICEF and subsequently handed over to the local authorities.
The Queen then visited the Avan Centre for Mental Health, where she learned about the wide range of therapeutic services offered — including residential and outpatient care, psychotherapy, and art therapy. At the end of the day, the Queen discussed the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in Armenia with the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, at the Government House in Yerevan.
Photo 1 is absolutely gorgeous. I’m not sure I’ve seen a better photo of her. The clothes she’s wearing suit her so very well; I like this outfit for her height, shape, colouring better than almost any dress. The flat boots are particularly nice on her long frame, much better proportioned than high heels. Absolutely beautiful look.
ردحذفLove the picture and your enthousiasm!
حذفAgree with every point.
حذفAgreed.

Also agree.
حذفalso my opinion about pic1.
حذفIf she wears trousers, it is almost always a win!
ردحذفNice to see her. A little casual outfit and still looking good.

Wow! She looks superb in her casual wear, the first photo, fantastic. Love the second outfit. Very appropriate for the occasion. The skirt and blouse look elegant. Love the color of her accessories. Especially the color of her shoes. Her hair looks soft, flowing and natural.
ردحذفQueen Mathilde first wore a new sleeveless jacket by Alan Paine. It is made of tweed and the lining is in faux fur as well as the details around the neckline and the pockets. The darkgreen trousers and boots by Penelope Chilvers are a rewear. After that when she helped by the baking of the traditional bread, she wore a striped pantsuit by the French label Sézane. On her feet she wore brown loafers by Tod's which she always takes with her when on working visits. She kept this outfit to visit a kindergarten and a clinic for mental health. To meet with the prime minister she changed clothes and wore an outfit by Dries Van Noten.
ردحذفOn X in Belgium we saw beautiful pictures of Queen Mathilde when planting a tree, when she helped the young children with the colouring of their drawings, etc...
From where have you copied this text? I’d much prefer to read your own opinion, dear commenter.

حذفI didn't copy any text. But I thought some of you might be interested by the outfits Queen Mathilde is wearing on this trip. In Belgium we have a lot of sources where we can read about how our lovely Queen Mathilde is doing abroad. I of course love everything she is wearing here. Just the tweed sleeveless jacket is new all the other clothes and accessories are rewear, but I still like her in those clothes. I hope from what I've written here you will understand that I like everything she wore in Armenia.
I think Queen Mathilde is dressed very appropriately during this visit to Armenia. Where are the haters now, who have always comments on her outfits and say she is never dressed appropriately.
ردحذفCan we drop the ugly term “haters”, please? People who don’t like clothes or prefer others aren’t “hating”, they are saying they don’t like something. And that’s what fashion provokes. Let’s not introduce hate into this space of respite from the real world!
حذفMaybe I didn't express myself very well. It was not about what they didn't like, but it are always the same persons who are each time they have a comment on Queen Mathilde must make her ridiculous, which is not the same as not liking a dress or a hairdo.
حذفToutes ces couleurs lui vont à merveille même si je préfère la couleur kaki !
ردحذفSorry to say, but though the blouse was lovely, the skirt was a mess, wrinkly, odd hemline, and though patches of flowery things thrown on, just because they were laying around and needed to be used? Love Mathilde, but the skirt needs to be tossed in the trash bin.
ردحذفOh no. It won't be tossed in the trash bin. The skirt is part of an ensemble. The top in the same fabric and the same print has been worn by Queen Mathilde at first. Afterwards she wore the skirt with the orange blouse. The designer is Dries Van Noten who is considered as a better designer for Queen Mathilde than Natan. The original outfit was made several years ago.
حذفBesides in Belgium old clothes are not tossed in a trash bin, but are collected by recycling companies. The clothes which are not worn out are cleaned and find their way to second hand shops or given for charity to homeless children or homeless teenagers who are living in an institution because they are too young to work and are still learning how to support themselves.
If you’re tossing the skirt, can I have it? I think it’s a lovely design and the shape works really well for Mathilde. A few wrinkles are normal in some fabrics and no problem.
حذفWow! That first photo of Queen Mathilde is terrific--she looks stunning. This casual outfit is so perfect on her. I also love the brown suit on her--the wrap jacket fits her very well. These 2 day outfits are great looks for Mathilde. The 3rd outfit--the top and skirt--are a no for me. Mathilde looks fine but I don't like the skirt at all. The blouse is OK--Mathilde can carry off the color. Still, the outfit is a no go for me.
