  1. I like that she chose to not wear the belt with the jacket. Lovely colour on this lovely lady.

  2. Perfect demonstration of how to present a supremely untidy neckline by choosing the wrong top/shirt. A wollen sweater and no jacket would be more elegant than a carelessly worn suit.

    1. 16:24 I invite you to look back at the final photo. A group of mixed ages and mixed clothes and a bright eyed, engaged, happy princess wearing a colour that really suits her. The purpose of the visit was to encourage “an organization that supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and offers workshops in science and computer science… whose main mission is to help reduce social inequalities”. So I don’t think the collar was the focus at all.

    2. Dear @Anon 21:23, I never proposed that the collar is central for the participants or the organisation or their purpose, why should I. This here is a *fashion blog* and I write about outfits and how they look. Whatever the organisation is doing is irrelevant for the topic of this blog.

  5. What a lovely suit, and what a beautiful color! I would have preferred to see the jacket tied with the self belt. It would have looked more pulled together and given her a nice shape in my opinion.

  9. This avocado color is so hard to wear but Claire (and Catherine who wore it in a suit too) manage to carry it off.
