On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain presided over a tribute to the victims of the DANA (Isolated Depressions at High Levels) on the first anniversary of the catastrophe, held at the Prince Felipe Science Museum in Valencia, Spain. The families of the victims who lost their lives during the DANA in Valencia, as well as those from Castilla-La Mancha and Andalusia, attended the event.
