The New National Museum of Monaco, in collaboration with the Yves Saint Laurent Museum in Marrakech, presents an exhibition that explores cacti from both botanical and artistic perspectives. More than 200 works are on display, including botanical specimens, archival materials, paintings, drawings, sculptures, photographs, installations, film excerpts, and design objects. For the occasion, Caroline wore a linen dress by Zimmermann.

The shoe look heavy for the style, length of dress. Not bad but just not the best

  2. Beautiful dress on Caroline and perfectly accessorized with the light brown belt, bag and sandals. The fan is cute too.
I also like Alexandra´s dress very much. Very tasteful and classic. I do think however, that she should have gone for a lighter shoe as hers look a bit too old for her and too heavy for the dress. The bag is nice but also too stiff for this summer look.

That’s a very elegant look for Caroline! Less frilly than many Zimmerman clothes I’ve seen here, and it suits her very well. She is elegant and gracious and her mother would have been so proud I think.

Jolie robe pour Caroline mais toujours un brin trop longue. Alexandra tristoune dans cette robe a l'air de s'ennuyer en se tenant au mur.

In every picture, Princess Alexandra seems to be listening very attentively and looking at the art and the cacti. She strikes me as graceful, interested, educated and charming. Perhaps she is also feeling the heat of the day? She doesn't seem bored to me. You shouldn't look at pictures in isolation.

  5. Caroline est ravissante dans cette robe blanche en lin à décolleté en V ; elle a choisi une délicate ceinture camel comme ses sandales ainsi que les boucles d'oreilles et sac à mains !

So nice to see Caroline with Alexandra, it seems Ben is a permanent fixture. I really like this white dress. Alexandra chooses navy it looks good on her.

Pretty, cooling dress in white linen, that has a lovely flow to the skirt. Love the neckline, and the sleeves pulled up.

So Zimmermann has non-floral-non-frilly dresses too! Well chosen by Caroline, she looks amazing in it. Kudos to Alexandra for non-high heels (wishful thinking: new trend?) and also for a shorter dress.

IMHO ... bored and snobby Alexandra ... fashionwise Caroline wears a pretty dress ...

I think Alexandra is listening. It’s really hard to say from a facial expression in a photo whether someone is snobby! I think in a hot day in a gallery ( which we can assume is warm as Caroline is using her fan!), when we are on a tour and listening, we all let our faces relax and what we see is focus and yes, possibly trying to stay awake if it’s a long tour and we just want to sit down and get a cool drink!

This comment really needs some words around it to make sense. And still may not be a comment about fashion.
