New photos of Queen Camilla have been released to mark her 78th birthday, which falls on Thursday. The images, taken earlier this month by Chris Jackson, were captured in the garden at Raymill House — Her Majesty’s private residence in Wiltshire.

In the photos, Queen Camilla is wearing a turquoise dress made from fabric featuring a rainforest design. Her jewelry includes her wedding band, a five-carat emerald-cut diamond engagement ring, and a distinctive gold ring composed of circular plaques worn on her little finger. Her Majesty is expected to spend this year’s birthday privately.

    -Astrid.

This is one of her most beautiful everyday outfits ever (for me). Not quite clear why, but it is. Thankfully, a rewear. My other favourites are her tartan skirt suits, in that case, I exactly know why (structure and length).

Of her signature dresses I like the colours of this one. Her hair looks soft, pretty colour

Va bene che è stata rivalutata, ma dire bellissima è un po’ esagerato.
Auguri ad una piacevole signora, con fatica moglie di re.

Agree, this dress is not a surprise as far as the cut is concerned, but the fabric is summery and vibrant and looks fresh with the silvery, fluffy hair.

She is very definitely an animal lover, evidenced by her animal patronages, her own dogs (some of which have been rescue animals), her open love of horses, and the prints of her dresses. This is at least the third dress that I can recall (and there are more for sure) to feature animals either in the fabric print, or in some other way, on her clothes. Very noble causes to support. Happy Birthday to Q.Camilla.

I love that the Queen has chosen/endorsed official birthday photos of her in nature, outdoors, relaxed, smiling. I think it says quite a lot about the values of Camilla and her husband. Happy birthday Queen Camilla!

It really needs a strong and good character to be able to do her job after all the circumstances that led to her having to do it. And she does it with looking always genuinely friendly and smiling.
