On June 14, 2025, Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands attended the annual Members’ Day of the Association for Unlimited Reading (Vereniging Onbeperkt Lezen) in Hilversum. The association represents readers who rely on adapted reading formats, such as those who are blind, visually impaired, have dyslexia, or have a motor disability. Princess Laurentien attended part of the plenary program and delivered a speech. She also engaged in conversations with association members.
The Association for Unlimited Reading (formerly the NLBB Association for the Reading Disabled) is a Dutch advocacy organization for people who find it difficult or impossible to read printed books or texts due to a visual impairment, dyslexia, aphasia, or another disability. Through its activities, the association aims to promote the accessibility of literature and information. Princess Laurentien is the patron of the association.
Pour une fois, je trouve que la princesse est bien coiffée ; élégante sa robe sans fioritures !
ReplyDeleteVery nice dress, too much costume jewelry the earrings are ok but the chain is overkill.
ReplyDeleteShe would look nicer with longer hair and a different hair-style the same when she was younger.
I love the color of the dress but the necklace is too chunky
ReplyDeletefor my liking.
Cate.
She has got a strong face, but her feeling for fashion is definitely not mine
ReplyDeleteP. Laurentien has a very unique style which often baffles me. Here it’s the accessories (earrings and necklace) which seem completely at odds with each other. I do like the colour and shape of the dress although 3/4 sleeves might have looked more flattering. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteHer chunky, original style is her trademark, but those powerful arms certainly need covering. I like the purple of her dress.
