On the occasion of President Emmanuel Macron's state visit to Monaco, Princess Charlène of Monaco welcomed Brigitte Macron to the swimming pool at Stade Louis II for a special event. Together, they attended Water Safety Day, a flagship initiative of the Princess Charlène of Monaco Foundation, which has been working for over ten years to prevent drowning and raise awareness among young people about water safety.
Under the supervision of Pierre Frolla and the teams from the Monaco Sea Academy – in collaboration with the Monaco Red Cross, the Department of National Education, Youth and Sports, the Monaco Anti-Doping Committee, and the Monegasque Association of Olympic Athletes – around one hundred students aged 7 to 12 participated in hands-on workshops, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), aquatic relays, and water safety courses.
Mme Macron’s hair looks lovely pulled back like that!
ReplyDeleteI agree. It makes her look less top-heavy. She has very skinny legs and narrow hips and looks broad in chest and shoulders. Unfortunately, she tends to favour tight trousers, boxy jackets with padded shoulders and big hair, emphasizing all the wrong things instead of balancing them out. The hair pulled back is definitely an improvement.
DeleteCharlene looks wonderful here. So feminine and soft and at the same time very fresh and fun. I like the dress as is but I can envisage it looking great at knee-length too.
This pantsuit looks less better than the one she wore on the first day.
DeleteSince she is short she probably does not like herself in wide trousers, straight trousers could be a solution for her. The skinny trousers she is wearing here are really too skinny. She could also wear smaller shoulder pads. Normally we do not see her often in pant suits. It is the first time I see her in 2 different pant suits in 2 days.
@ Vanessa, please, I would have omitted the anatomy class re: Mme Macron, though I understand it aims at giving suggestions on how to wear her clothes to her best advantage...
DeleteCharlene wears a dress made for her: so good for her posture, lovely!
ReplyDeleteI am no fan of Madame Macrons kind of trousers
Agree with your comments on Mme Macron - her legs and trousers are too skinny and she emphasizes the uper part of her body. I don't like her hair/ wig - it looks awful, imo.
DeleteWhat a cute dress for P Charlene, so summery yet elegant. M.Macron looks very. Ice as well.
ReplyDeleteLovely dress Charlene is wearing. Brigitte Macron do like pantsuits, she looks good. I do like her hair out of her face.

Agreed, both of them are looking very beautiful.
DeleteMary-
Lovely dress for Princess Charlene. The twins are as cute as ever. As was stated on a previous post, Mme Macron does herself no favours with her usual top heavy hair style. This is a big improvement as it is when she wears her hair up for formal events.
ReplyDeleteTwins? The children in the first picture do not look like the princely twins.

Love the dress Charlene is wearing, the skirt of the dress has nice flare and movement. Madame Macron’s hair, the first thing I noticed, it pulled back, this looks great, lovely to see her wear this more often. Her ensemble looks great, I particularly love her blouse.
ReplyDeleteI love Charlene’s dress on her. Fantastic style and pattern for her.

Akris has never done any woman beautiful. Awful design that does not do Charlene any favours when it comes to fashion or beauty.
ReplyDeletemy thoughts exactly, Akris fails Charlene
DeleteMême avis. Paloma
DeleteBeaucoup de féminité chez Charlène dans ce genre de robe imprimée de chez Akris son couturier fétiche !
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous Summer dress from Princess Charlene’s go to designer. Akris. At first glance I thought it to be a past season Gucci design. It a perfect fit and ideal choice for the event.
ReplyDeleteLowri.
Princess Charlene has been at her best during the recent weeks. Extremely well chosen outfits.
ReplyDeleteLa nièce de Charlène est charmante (photo 1) et c'est vraiment agréable de voir une fillette avec un joli sourire. Paloma.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely hate Charlene’s hair parted in the middle. It looks too twee.
ReplyDeleteLa Princesse Charlène est indéniablement à l’aise dans ce milieu, entourée d’enfants …
ReplyDeleteJe suis très heureuse de voir cette douce princesse.

Charlene looks fabulous here! I love this dress and I love it on her. Very fresh, very summery, and, on Charlene, very elegant. I really love this hairstyle on her--it allows for a focus on her beautiful face and marvelous bone structure. Mme Macron's hairstyle is so much better! Pulling it back from her face allows one to see her face better and this style de-emphasizes the narrowness of her face. It really shows how pretty she is--no hair in the way. As for her trouser suit--the color is a very good choice for her. The white blouse is perfect. But--she has to stop wearing such narrow, skinny leg trousers! Her legs are very thin and this skinny leg style is not a good look for her at all--I'm sorry to say this but this style of trouser makes her legs look like sticks.

Ik houd van de eenvoud van Charlene, ook dat ze geen ordinaire hoge hakken draagt. Zoals zo veel royals doen.
