On June 18, 2025, Crown Princess Victoria delivered the opening speech from Haga Palace at the Parliament of Swedes Abroad, which was held digitally. The Parliament of Swedes Abroad is a forum organized by Swedes Worldwide, bringing together expatriate Swedes, experts, and politicians from all parties represented in the Swedish Parliament to discuss solutions to the challenges Swedes abroad face regarding Swedish regulations and attitudes.
Swedes Worldwide is a non-profit, politically independent organization that has been working since 1938 to support Swedes who study, work, or live abroad, as well as those returning to Sweden. For the occasion, the Crown Princess wore a cotton slub maxi dress from byTimo.

ReplyDeleteThe room is the blue dining room and one of four official rooms in Haga palace. The others are the green library, the orange salon and the gray livingroom. Then there are some privat rooms; Livingroom, bedrooms, bathrooms, guestrooms and large kitchen.
