Today, Princess Alexia celebrates her 20th birthday. Alexia, Princess of the Netherlands and Princess of Orange-Nassau, is the second daughter of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima. To mark the occasion, the Government Information Service (RVD) has released a new photo of Princess Alexia, taken in 2025 by photographer Frank van Beek.
Princess Alexia completed four years of secondary education at the Christelijk Gymnasium Sorghvliet in The Hague. In the summer of 2021, she continued her studies at the United World College of the Atlantic in Llantwit Major, Wales, where she obtained her International Baccalaureate in 2023. Following a gap year, the Princess began her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University College London in 2024.
Happy Birthday to Alexia. She is a striking young lady—beautiful eyes in a mix of colors and her hair is a gorgeous shade of auburn that many seek to acquire in salons! Wishing her luck in her engineering studies.
