On Friday, May 16, 2025, Princess Anne visited the second day of the 2025 Devon County Show, held at the Westpoint showground in the village of Clyst St Mary, near Exeter. Princess Anne, who manages her own farm and estate in Gloucestershire, serves as President of the 2025 Devon County Show. The Devon County Show is an annual agricultural event held from Thursday to Saturday in the third week of May at the Westpoint Arena.
The show is a celebration of rural life in Devon and features livestock competitions, a grand parade, equine events, local food and drink, traditional entertainment, and rural crafts. The event dates back to 1872, when the Devon County Agricultural Association was established to promote the show. The show moved to its present site at the Westpoint Arena in 1990.
A nice look for Pss Anne today. She is a real hardworking Royal and gets not much coverage,

I don't understand. She gets lot of coverage on this blog. She is loved and acknowledged in GB and in the world. https://www.gbnews.com/royal/princess-anne-hardest-working-royal-health-setback
DeleteThis two piece suit looks beautiful. I read somewhere that she first wore this outfit 20 years ago. I love the fact she can recycle and fit in the outfits, really good.
ReplyDeleteClassic outfit for classic occasion
ReplyDeleteAu premier abord, j'avais cru voir une robe mais non, c'est plutôt un ensemble classique recyclé qu'elle a toujours belle allure ; je m'habitue à la voir porter ce style de lunettes !
ReplyDeleteAnn needs a stylist!
ReplyDeleteI’m pretty sure Anne is happy with who she is and what she wears. She’s been doing it for quite a long time, you realise? I think if you said this to her face she’d have some pretty sharp words to put you in your place.
DeleteThe ensemble Princess Anne is wearing here looks nice, but why wearing dark accessories in the month of May. If she absolutely must wear gloves, there are light beige ones she could wear, the same for her handbag why a dark brown one ? Not to speak of the shoes. They look old to me, but I can't see them very well. If this jacket and skirt were styled differently, they could be a lovely spring outfit.
ReplyDeleteThe month of May is quite changeable and there are no colour rules! Not in May, not in any other month. Maybe in America?
DeleteI am not American but European. Honestly, if you look at Princess Anne she is dressed for a horse show in Autumn. There are maybe no colour rules any more, but I like more the outfit of the lady who stands next to the princess in picture N° 4. A light blue dress and a light beige (or off-white) jacket. I know the princess has other skirts and jackets in navy and royal blue and skirts in off-white which she wore with white gloves and a navy or white handbag. Maybe she will wear these next Autumn. Hi, hi.
DeleteYes that lady standing next to Anne looks more summery. Also classic older generation at semi formal outdoor event with pearls, dress, blazer and no doubt practical shoes. Would be so fun to go to one of these events and just watch the people!
