On December 16, 2024, Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway attended the Norwegian Girls' Choir's (Det Norske Jentekor) Christmas concert at Oslo Cathedral. The Norwegian Girls' Choir, conducted by Anne Karin Sundal-Ask, is composed of singers from the Oslo area who are admitted through auditions. Crown Princess Mette-Marit serves as the official patron of the Norwegian Girls' Choir.
