On November 22, 2024, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, and their children, Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar, attended the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers Group D basketball match at Hovet Arena in the Johanneshov district of Stockholm. The match was between Sweden's men's basketball team and Germany, and the family was there to support their national team. Sweden secured a thrilling victory over Germany with a final score of 73-72. Prince Daniel is the Patron of the Swedish Basketball Federation.
Love the “normality” of their clothing … including their warm jackets placed on the floor in front of them. I love to see famous people getting to be just normal ( although if they were really left alone we wouldn’t be seeing these pics of course!) - Grace

Probably an important match, so he expected the press would be present in numbers, and he prepared himself for pictures, haha. When they were dating, he was often dressed very casual (probably too much) and was criticised. He drew conclusions from it.

ردحذفIt's lovely to see the children growing up. When I think how both Estelle and Oscar have changed from 4 years ago to now, it's fun to anticipate what the next 4 years and more will bring. The same goes for all the royal children across all the monarchies that are usually featured in this blog. It's heart warming to see them transition from infants to young adults.

Should they be smiling and laughing all the time? They, along with the other audience members, are watching the game and look perfectly normal.

ردحذفGreat to see them out there like a family next door. Estelle has grown so much; she looks a lot like her mother. Oscar is a smaller version of Father Daniel. They deserve just being a family out for fun.
