I may not like Natan; but the well matched merlot accessorizes tone down the plaid trouser suit and make this a winning combination. I particularly like the flower pin on the lapel. She has a gorgeous figure (I presume she works at it) and rocks outfits like this!!

حذفI agree with Anon 11:50 (Annie) I love the hat too. Maxima is a Queen and has the stature to wear this type and size of hat. Besides this, Maxima wears big hats very well. In fact I like the entire outfit - the suit and all the accessories. Stylish and slightly edgy.

The hat is part of her signature look. She wears large hats very successfully. Her big personality helps her carry off this kind of hat. I see nothing wrong with it.

ردحذفIt is my guess that she is wearing heavier eye makeup because the brim of her hat creates a shadow over eyes. Playing up her eyes more helps them more visible under the hat.

ردحذفShe looks pretty, nice suit, but the hat does not fit with this suit and this occasion, it looks a bit silly when you see her walking inside with this big flappy model in this outfit.

Nice look, although I like the hat itself, it seems a bit big. It is good to protect the face from the elements. Maybe if the brim was just a inch or so narrower it we could see her face better. Otherwise pretty lady

The older the suits by Natan are, the better critics they get. I've always said that Natan is ahead with its fashion creations. On one of the Dutch websites I read that Queen Maxima had the brim of this hat made narrower recently.
