On November 22, 2024, Princess Benedikte of Denmark opened the 2024 Christmas Bazaar at Svenska Gustafskyrkan (Swedish Gustaf's Church) in Copenhagen. The Christmas Bazaar at Gustafskyrkan, established in 1912, is the oldest in Denmark. The opening traditionally takes place on the last weekend before Advent. Queen Ingrid inaugurated the annual Christmas market over many years, and this tradition is now carried on by Princess Benedikte.
Benedikte looks wonderful and appropriately cozy for the occasion. I thought she was wearing a rather strange hair ornament in the last picture and actually had to do a double take :D I also really like seeing the ladies out and about in their traditional clothes.

Benedikte has the advantage of being born elegant. I'm not a big fan of this outfit but she looks good.

She should improve her hair styling; she seems to have still good hair, it must be possible to do much better with it. Just thought Qn Mathilde is so often criticized for hair, while it is much better than hers.

ردحذفAs a child I used to go to the Swedish Christmas Bazaar because my mother is Swedish. Princess Benedikte knows what it means to be royal. Something that not all younger royals have understood. They think it is all about finally having a luxury lifestyle and access to expensive designer labels.
