On June 9, 2024, King Abdullah II, Queen Rania, Crown Prince Al Hussein, Princess Rajwa, Princess Iman, Princess Salma, Prince Hashem and Princess Mona attended the national event of the anniversary of King Abdullah’s accession to the throne. Around 9,000 Jordanians attended the event, including members of the Royal family, senior officials and officers, and diplomats from Arab and foreign countries. The JAF musical band also performed at the event.
Rawja looks sensational. Do not like Rania's choice of dress for this event.

Queen Rania looks beautiful but her dress is ruined by that weird gray sort of breastplate--it probably has some sort of significance but it mars what would have been a perfect gown in my opinion. It is also wonderful to see Rania wearing a tiara!

Mmh? I wonder why the corset top (don't know how else to call it). She usually chooses great traditional dress for her Eastern appearances, and this seems more like her Western choices.

ردحذفRajwa looks magnificent in this dress, and the shade of red suits her well. I read somewhere that the dress was designed by a Saudi designer, but the embroidery design is inspired by the vibrant falcolors of Jordan.

I believe that is Princess Ghida Talal who is the wife of Prince Talal. Prince Talal is a first cousin of King Abdullah.
