On May 8, Queen Letizia of Spain attended the 2024 World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day event that took place at the Principe Felipe Auditorium-Congress Palace in Oviedo. At the event, the Queen handed out the 2024 Gold Medals of the Spanish Red Cross. World Red Cross Red Crescent Day is celebrated on 8 May each year. This year, the celebration was organized along with the commemoration of the 160th anniversary of the Spanish Red Cross.

I’m certain that Queen Letizia is finding it difficult to dress how she normally does with her injury and all. I think she looks great considering.
