Lovely child. I think she looks like Prince William, especially her eyes and her smile.

    2. I think so too. I used to see her as her mother's mini me but less so as she's got older. Lovely photo. Happy birthday, Princess Charlotte

It looks like she already has highlights in her hair.

    1. I disagree. I think she spends much time outside and the "highlughts" are caused by the sun.

it depends on the time of the year, the sun tends to have that effect on hair just like it does on the skin.

I agree with Coralie, these "highlights" are caused by fun times outside.

Die natürlichen Highlights erzählen vom letzten Sommer. Der Ansatz ist, wie gut zu sehen ist, rausgewachsen. Aber die Sommermonate stehen vor der Tür und bringen neue Highlights :-)

The roots of her hair are much darker than the rest. It has nothing to do with the sun. When she was younger her hair was darker too.

They are sunmade highlights, made by last year's sun. The darker roots have grown during the winter. Without the sun, her hair would be darker.

I agree with you B. I don't do get my hair chemically processed but because I spend time outdoors, my hair also has sunmade highlights in it.

Wishing this beautiful little Princess the happiest of birthdays!🎂
She looks just like her father at that age.Though she seems to have inherited her Mom’s beautiful hair.
Love how their photos are taken outside. As a family they seem to enjoy outside activities.

The plant in the photo is a climber called 'Chlematis Elizabeth', and I think the photo was taken with the intent to have Charlotte next to the plant, which I think is a sweet gesture. - Ellie

Die Clematis "Elizabeth" ( eine Montana mit ganz leichtem Vanilleduft) blüht bei mir stärker pink, was vielleicht mit dem Boden zu tun hat.
      Aber eine bezaubernde Idee allemal.
