On April 2, Queen Rania of Jordan hosted an Iftar for a group of women in the governorate of Jerash. The Iftar (dinner) took place amidst the city’s Roman ruins and was attended by the Governor of Jerash, Firas Faour. It brought together a number of women from across the governorate, who are active in social and youth advocacy. Governor Firas Faour thanked the Queen for visiting Jerash and for her efforts to support local communities and women.

A vast improvement on yesterday's unusual dress.I love Rania's more traditional outfits.

Lovely as always!
ردحذفWouah, sa robe traditionnelle rouge et noire lui sied à merveille. Il me semble que ses boucles sont en diamants et rubis ; qui pourrait en dire plus ?
ردحذفBeautiful dress for QR. I think the necklace and earrings are an odd mismatch here though. I’d probably remove the necklace. (V.M.)
ردحذفThe fit of this dress is good. The black/red dress suits her well, beautifully crafted
ردحذفHow lovely Queen Rania looks in this beautiful traditional dress! I also love her updo--its quite intricate.
