On Tuesday, April 9, Dutch Queen Maxima attended the anniversary conference of the National Institute for Family Finance Information (NIBUD), which has been in existence for 45 years. The conference took place at the Mediaplaza of the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. Queen Maxima gave a speech at the conference.
The Queen is honorary chair of the SchuldenlabNL, and the Financial Wiser platform, and special advocate of the UN Secretary General for inclusive financing for development.
As an independent knowledge and advice center, NIBUD conducts research and provides practical advice on budgeting and wise use of money. One of the objectives is to prevent households from ending up in financially vulnerable situations.

The earrings are nice. The dress in classic navy always a good choice, plastered lace type flowers not so much to my taste, hair a total disaster as usual, clean teeth, lovely smile.

Even though it is windy there can be no excuse for her hair - if it is weak and thin as many on here have said then I am sure she has access to a good hairdresser for advice. The dress looks lovely on the model but is badly fitted around the midriff on Maxima.

A positive note: the dress I like a lot, no problem to wear it more often and good for the royal wallet.
Can't wait for Amalia being present on the event next week and hope she goes all the way!!! ( lot's of tiara and other bling bling!!).

Anna, you are very dramatic. Rude as well. Just what, exactly, has she done to her hair that she must not ever do again? Get out of a car on a windy day? Do you want Maxima in a wig so you have something new to make fun of? She can only work with what she has. If she cared more about her appearance than her work, she would be condemned for that as well. I think you and others forget she has not chosen thin, weak hair anymore than a man choses to go bald (unless he shaves his head). Your critiques border on cruel.

Are you expecting everyone to believe that the weather is the same at Maxima's front door as it is everywhere she travels, and that the weather conditions never change? I can think of a number of times that a gust of wind has had its way with a royal skirt or dress. Maxima is the one whose hair can't recover as easily, so she is an easy target. It's a pity you have so much time on your hands that you can't find something more useful to do with it.

It sounds boring, always the same comments about the hair. Just like Duchess Sophie : always the same boring comments about the length of her clothes.

I think most of her look is not good. Her hair is the usual messy, unkempt look and the dress pattern is too big and not attractive.

The dress is great! The hair could use some work. The hat was nice with this but again, the hair. Get the girl a scrunchy, a comb, or a clip, please.
