On April 19, 2024, Danish Queen Mary visited the social psychiatric residential facility Bostedet Aars in the Kimbrerparken, Vesthimmerland. Mette, Karen and Ulla, who are citizens of Bostedet Aars, had invited Queen Mary to visit the North Jutland residence. During her visit to the psychiatric facility, she strolled around its grounds and chatted with residents.

    I'm sorry for putting this here, but yesterday the Norwegian royal court discreetly released a new formal gala portait of the Norwegian Crown Prince couple which was taken last year. I'm sure that people on this blog would love to see the Crown Princess in her new Peter Dundas gown! :)

    Just read the dates for King Frederik and Queen Mary’s summer Scandinavian travel schedule.
    Sweden between 6-7 May; Norway between 14-15 May; the Faroe Islands tentatively between 11-14 June; and Greenland tentatively between 29 June-8 July.
    The Seamstresses are probably working overtime.

    Well put together outfit which is classy, flattering and seemingly comfortable. I like it, but I still think it´s a bit dark and dull both for the season and the occasion. Something brighter and fresher would have been better.
