  1. Les teintes moutarde et bleu-nuit se combinent à merveille dans cette robe déjà portée ; ravissante avec ses cheveux ramenés en chignon !

The style/shape of the dress is very good as it is not as tight as a lot of skirts she wears. Mustard yellow is not my favourite color but this looks good with what on my screen looks like a gray top.

Same for me, I don’t like the mustard colour for me, but Maxima looks fantastic - as does her husband. The room they’re in is beautiful, and I find it very generous for the royals to engage in conversations with every day people in this way. - AnneLise

Amsterdam is an international city. The "every day people" are representing the different communities of different nationalities that are living today in Amsterdam. In the introduction you can read the reason why the king and queen wished to have this conversation. The subject is a very up-to-date matter.
All the older buildings in Amsterdam are beautiful outside and inside. This is the townhall, of course it is a beautiful historical building.

@Anonymous, this is not the town hall. The city hall "Stopera" is a modern monstrosity. This is likely the mayor's residence.

I admire Queen Maxima for repeating regularly her older dresses.

  4. I can't tell if this is a skirt and top or dress but I like the darker color on top of the mustard bottom.

  7. Don't know what to say about the dress. Yes it has some +s, however I am not fan, probably because of the fabric/sort of lace.

Maxima looks great here. After a busy three days in Colombia and long flights there and back she jumps right into work at home with style, grace and compassion. All three pieces are re-wears I believe, and the whole ensemble looks very good on her. The long cape drapes beautifully from her shoulders adding to her already impressive height, and the colour combination of mustard/gold and charcoal grey skirt and top, while certainly not for everyone, works really well on her. Very nice.

Does this woman never stop? But the more she works the more fashion we get to judge. She's so hard working and always seems to be truly engaged with the people. This outfit is nice, it's got some interesting details and Max does look good in mustard color.
