On March 5, 2024, Dutch Queen Maxima paid a working visit to the Chemelot industrial park and the Brightlands Chemelot Campus in Geleen. During the visit made in the context of circularity, the Queen received information about making raw materials and production processes in the chemical sector more sustainable.
After a briefing from Brightlands Chemelot Campus about the developments surrounding circular chemistry, Queen Maxima toured the multipurpose pilot plant of the campus. The campus is the first circular hub in Europe, and boosts innovation and business growth by giving tenants access to knowledge, infrastructure and entrepreneurship.

Well let’s start with the positives - you can’t go wrong with a Max Mara coat and a white blouse. From there the outfit goes downhill fast. The enormous trousers and gigantic shell earrings are neither cohesive nor attractive. Sorry, this outfit is a fail for me. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteI agree with almost everything you say, except the last sentence. If at least the trousers were a little bit shorter. As I use to say as a joke, I leave the street cleaning to professionals and keep my trousers away from it. Wide trousers yes, to some extent.
DeleteI agree with you.The coat and the blouse are fine, but not the trousers. They are awful. I don't mind the earrings - Maxima often likes spectacular "jewellery" (in this case it's not real jewellery) - she can wear it.
Delete@V.M. - I agree completely. The shell earrings seem like a particularly perplexing choice for the setting. If worn at all, a beach visit would be more fitting.

At last: a normal coat ( although double breasted buttons and a belt are a strange combination).
ReplyDeleteNot matching beautifull pieces: beautifull blouse, beautifull summer ear “ things”, great trousers ( need a tight top).
Other than the coat everything is absolutely dreadful.

DeleteThe Max Mara cashmere coat is fabulous and the white blouse with its soft neckline is very good. These pants however are way too wide, especially worn under a long coat.

Pour revenir sur ses boucles d'oreilles, j'ai toujours trouvé que ce modèle lui allait à ravir ; la dernière fois qu'elle les a portées, c'était lors de son voyage en Colombie mais là, elles ne conviennent pas du tout !
