Crown Princess Mette-Marit attended an event of International Women's Day held in Domus Bibliotheca at the University of Oslo. Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Mayor of Oslo Anne Lindboe were present at the event in which Gro Harlem Brundtland and Sigrun Møgedal were honored as leading women in global health.
Norway's first female prime minister, Gro Harlem Brundtland chaired the UN Special Commission for Environment and Development, and she also launched the concept of sustainable development. From 1988 to 2003, she was Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO).
As a doctor, aid worker and eventually also as a politician, Sigrun Møgedal has been a prominent figure in international development and aid since the late 1980s. From the 2000s, she has been known for her efforts in WHO, UNAIDS and the Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

CP Mette Marit looks lovely but the jacket is a bit too tight. The dark orange of her pants is a very fashionable color.
