Swedish Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel are on a four-day official visit to California together with a business delegation. On February 21, 2024, the Crown Princess couple arrived in Palo Alto. There, they visited Nvidia, Intel and Google, and attended presentations and discussions relating to the development of artificial intelligence.
In the afternoon, the Crown Princess and Prince Daniel also visited Stanford University for an in-depth look at the ethical aspects of AI.

DeleteCP Victoria looks happy in this pictures. At last there is some sunshine in California. Although her red pantsuit fitted better, she looks very pretty in this one too. As it is a business trip, the only thing I would change is the shoulder bag and replace it by a large handbag.

ReplyDeleteIt’s always interesting how differently people see things. To me Daniel looks just fine if a bit tired but perhaps he’s not feeling well due to his kidney difficulties? Victoria looks her usual engaged self and has the most wonderful smile! My favorite royal couple…

ReplyDeleteBag is not blue but grey. It is the light. She has that bag since several years and it was grey in the beginning and it is still grey. Look at the other pictures.

To 20:14 I agree, Victoria has all the charm, a wonderful person in all aspects. But Daniel is already a grumpy person as I see it, it’s sad if it’s because of his kidney problems, of course. But he’s never relaxed. If he could only let loose a little!
ReplyDeleteI love this suit on Victoria--she truly is pretty in pink. I wish her blouse was different--its blah and does nothing for this pretty, fresh suit or Victoria. Daniel looks great--again. He has such poise and has very much adapted to such a public role. He seems to be the perfect support for Victoria and they make a wonderful team.

Is it just me, who sees the body language as bad ? The arms crossed in front of the bodies in most of the pictures of Victoria and Daniel. Hmh ??

DeleteEverybody in Sweden knows that Prince Daniel is a man with serious health problems. It is not difficult to imagine that public life, travel etc. are a great strain on any person let alone a man in this medical situation. I therefore think that all these personal comments regarding his body language etc. are totally inappropriate. Actually, I admire him, he must feel considerable discomfort at times.

ReplyDeleteSome people do that cross their arms in front of their body when they are concentrating on something that is interesting. Daniel is not grumpy, people who are wearing glasses look sometimes that way. On some pictures one can see that his hair is thinning. He let it grow on the top of his head to hide that it is thinning, but than have to put wax or gel on it to keep it in place. His hair is not greasy. How do you know he is never relaxed ? Maybe he relaxes in the evening when his duties of the day are over.
Do you think analyzing everybody the way you do with your "body language" system is not a bit exaggerated ? People you don't really know, who are not part of your family or your friends, how can you judge them just on looking at them and never has a real conversation with them ? You are a dangerous person.
If the body language “experts” came around and took a look at me when I first get out of bed in the morning, they’d probably just scratch their heads and say “thanks but no thanks “ and run.
