  1. Rajwa nous montre une magnifique silhouette dans cette robe très bien choisie ; je ne suis pas fan du port de la barbe mais elle va toujours bien à Hussein !

Lovely dress on the crown princess. I wish it was either a little longer or a little shorter.

The length is just fine. Same length as Duchess Sophie is wearing her dresses.

    2. This is a beautiful dress for the CP. I’m nitpicking but I agree the length isn’t quite right. On the model it’s worn as a maxi dress. I wonder why the CP doesn’t wear it that way. Traveling can be so hard on achieving good hairstyles. The CP should ask Queen Rania for some tips. Her hair is always impeccable.

Maybe the model is shorter than the crown princess. I prefer it the way she wears the dress and with the cream shoes it is perfect.

I think that this loose, relaxed, unruffled look of her hair suits her very well. She looks beautiful like this.

Ditto about the hair. She couldn't run a comb through and put a tiny bit of hairspray? How long would that haven taken?

    6. Agree with BA 18:11.
Princess Rajwa probably didn’t anticipate the sticky, humid weather in Singapore.
A big difference to the hot dry climate in Jordan.
      Love the Karen Millen dress.

@Anon 18:33 Hairspray? Really? Who puts hairspray on long hair? Rajwa looks fine. The climate was probably not something she was prepared for, but her hair is not something to find fault with. If you think back to one of Kate's first trips overseas, she too was in Singapore, and her hair was a poufy sight to behold.

Agree about the sticky humid weather in Singapore. 1 minute out of the shower and you are sweating again. About the hair : everybody knows that humidity is bad for the hold of your hairdo in a hot humid climate as well as in a cold rainy and humid climate. Anyone whose hair curls naturally, can have a permanent curly hairstyle in no time in those areas and for free.

A modern woman shouldn’t be interested in her “modesty”. It’s 2024 and our world, and yes I mean ask those backwards religious societies, really need to move on and erase things like modesty, virginity, honour etc from their vocabulary to describe the worth of a woman.
A woman can be anything she likes, wearing anything she likes, doing anything she likes, and nobody has the right to judge her.

@jonesnori I didn’t judge this young princess at all. It’s a lovely dress. I did. however judge “anonymous” for mentioning the word “modest”. It should be banned describing women.

@sissy- Yes modesty! An abundance of what we see Queen Rania adopt in her choice of clothes. It’s their religion so their rules! Have a little respect! Bea

Nobody can do what he/she likes. There is a thin line between what is allowed and what is not allowed. And that goes as well for men as for women. Being modest can also be meant as self protection for the human being. A modest human being is not very interesting and is often left alone. There are a lot of bad people running around these days and the future is uncertain, maybe it is very smart to be modest.

There are plenty of us modern women that are interested in modesty. There is no one-mold fits all for the modern woman. Sissy, you have your definition that suits you well, in the same vein those of us interested in being modest have our own definition that suits us.

  9. Something seems off about the dress to me. A little like she's playing dress-up. I'll probably feel differently tomorrow. Sometimes my brain takes a little while to adjust to a look.

    I like the fabric, though.

There’s a lot going on with the dress…busy pattern with different areas of the pattern for the top/waist/skirt, sheer sleeves with a fabric & lace split, loose self tie at the neck. I think the princess looks as good as anyone can in such a busy dress. She’s a beautiful woman and I’m excited to see more coverage of the royal couple for years to come.

  14. There is a glimpse in photo N°4 of Princess Rajwa's handbag.
Information from an Arab journal tells us that it is in fact from Jacquemus and is known as “Le Bambino Long leather-trimmed wicker shoulder bag".
It is advertised at a price of $1.625.
No need to get your cheque books out girls as it is now advertised as “sold out”.
They also give details of the Karen Miller dress which is advertised at a price of under $250.
