On Sunday 3 December, the first Sunday in Advent, Princess Madeleine, Princess Leonore and Princess Adrienne visited the Swedish Church in Fort Lauderdale in Florida. The family attended 1st advent service at Church of Sweden. Advent always commences on the fourth Sunday before Christmas or the closest Sunday to St Andrew's Day which falls on November 30th each year and ending on Christmas Day – thus lasting 4 weeks.

Madeleine's dress is striking. I love the gorgeous, eye catching print especially the way the top is different from the skirt but they still blend together beautifully. The silk fabric is very feminine but I would imagine it's a bit too cool for the winter. It's more of a spring/summer outfit.
ردحذفAntonymous 21:50, these are photos from Florida where the temperatures are between 70 and 80 degrees F (around 25C) right now. Their dresses are completely appropriate in that climate at this time of year.

Lovely photos of the family. I think Princess Madeleine is growing more like her sister as she gets older. It seemed very clear to me in the photos where she is in profile (5 and 7) Both wee girls are really cute

ردحذفI though that Madeleine's color is blue but pink and green also suit her really well. Very pretty and eye-catching dress. Floral pattern is so beautiful and I love how the patterns are mixed together and accentuate her waist.

Lovely pictures! However, this is not "the Swedish church". I've seen pictures on another site, and it is "Crown Princess Mette-Marit's church", the Norwegian Seamen's Mission's church in Miami, but is visited by all Scandinavians.
