On Monday 18 December, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, President of the Luxembourg Red Cross, met with Mirjana Spoljaric Egger, the new President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), in Geneva. Very concerned about the security situation in the world, the Grand Duchess and ICRC's president discussed international news and in particular, the interventions of the ICRC in the various conflict zones.
