    1. I am post-chemo and can attest, yes, it is surprising how the amount of sunlight at a given time can influence the color of the hair. Christine

  3. This hair color is very unflattering for her.

    1. This is her natural grey hair. She gave up colouring her hair during Covid.

Caroline is such an inspiration for dignified aging. Her beauty doesn’t come from perfectly smoothed out skin, but rather within. Always elegant and classy.

    2. Thanks Petra. Many people who comment negatively here appear to forget the greater context of the person being photographed. But we owe each other, and famous people too!, the grace to be human instead of perfected mannequins. Grey hair, wrinkles, flat shoes, clothes reworn, a tired face from looking after kids and a busy life, preferring always to dress in black or with long hemlines or hair always in a bun … all these are perfectly acceptable! - AnneLise

    3. MaryT--Princess Caroline has decided to stop coloring her hair and I applaud her for doing so because your comment reflects the type of condemnation of society that women who make this choice face. This is a natural progression for everyone and I am glad to see the Princess embrace it. At some point continuing to color your hair looks worse than allowing the natural gray to grow in. Janet

I do not agree with you. Not the fact that she is gray. But does no one see it is not natural grey. There is still dark hair that shines through the color she actually has. During the Summer she had blond shades in her hair and now she has grey shades. Also if someone decides to have grey hair does not mean one have to dress grey too. On the contrary a contrasting color would make her look better, well there is a long Winter that is coming, maybe we will see her wear some of her other clothes with better colors for her. Getting older does not mean one must not look after ourselves any more (cfr. AnneLise). An old person man or woman who's clothes, hair, skin, nails are well looked after is more attractive for her/his children/grandchildren and other people. Flat shoes, if well chosen, can be attractive too. Hemlines can be made shorter if necessary, hair can be washed and cut. I am old too; but I will always try as long as possible to look as good as possible.

    5. @ Petra and other contributors. I accept comments praising "natural gray" but I am afraid that doesn't apply to her. Somebody mentions covid time as beginning of gray, that is simply not true. We have seen her with different coloring styles (incl blond) until quite recently, eg https://www.newmyroyals.com/2023/09/princess-caroline-handed-out-ifsis-2023.html.

  4. Belle allure dans ce tailleur-pantalon ; je verrais bien la monture de ses lunettes dans un style transparent qui est tendance !

  5. It is a lovely pantsuit. The only modification I wish for would be a more brilliant colour (or even white) for the top. I love and appreciate deeply the fact that she wears her natural hair colour and cannot praise her enough for that, but it has to be considered when choosing outfit colours. (GM)

  10. I agree wirh all those above who see Princess Caroline‘s NATURAL hair in a positive light. However, as I have mentioned before, she needs a more flattering hairdo, adapted to her new peofile and definitely more colour with regard to her wardrobe. This, sorry, is a drab, boring look, and quite unnnecessary so.

  11. Normally I am not a fan of the clothing she wears, but I must admit, this suit looks great on her and she looks great in this suit. She ages with so much grace.~MS~

  12. Princess Caroline looks fabulous!

J'adore her ensemble, styling, and frizure.

I can't help but chuckle at some banter here, and elsewhere. It seems there are those among us who despair if a woman doesn't avail herself of technological advancements to cover her aging hair colour. I, for one, am thrilled to see Princess Caroline's style evolution. She is as lovely and confident in her fashion choices as ever.
