The National Day of Monaco, also called the Prince or Sovereign's Day, has been celebrated every year on November 19. On the occasion of Monaco's National Day, on November 16, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene paid a visit to the Red Cross headquarters to help with the charity’s effort for those in need. Camille Gottlieb, Head of the Youth Section, and members of the Board of Directors were also present for the occasion.
LORO PIANA Cashmere Vest
Very chic and stylish outfit Princess Charlene is wearing. This combination works well, especially with her height. Camille looks equally stylish, the pants look fabulous, the black jacket looks a good fit. Love the addition of the scarf, very styish.
Lorraine (Rose)

DeleteGreat photos. Charlene looks fantastic…love the sleeveless long coat with leather lapels and boots. I think her red lipstick looks great too!
ReplyDeleteYes to all the positive points you mention, she really looks fantastic. As far as I am concerned for myself, I would however never think of wearing a sleeveless coat. Charlene can definitely make good choices.
DeleteAgreed! I also like how casual they behave, with each other and other people. She looks happy and content. Damsel Dragonfly
DeleteCharlene looks so pretty, classy, and genuinely happy. MR
ReplyDeletePrincess Charlene knows what looks good on her and she has scored another hit. I especially like how Prince Albert and Charlene seem to enjoy each others company!
ReplyDeleteIt's great seeing Princess Charlene at work these days. She looks so relaxed and cheerful compared to the very tense appearances we saw at the start of the year.
ReplyDeleteCharlene is on a roll lately. Can't wait to see what she looks like on Sunday!
ReplyDeleteCamille is so pretty.
Magnifique Charlène, le noir toujours tFroufrou chic et sans faute de goût. Elle a retrouvé sa forme et très heureuse d être là .

Long season of black wear, what's it about !!
ReplyDeleteStop the whining about black. We all use a lot of black, also other royals. Her she looks gorgeous in black and blue. Why not comment on that instead.
DeleteAnonymous 7:18, it’s a fair question as it’s very noticeable. Some here don’t like the comment - but maybe you’re not here regularly and have no idea about that, so “stop whining” by the other commenter here might be a bit harsh! Could it be that she enjoys wearing black, and doesn’t enjoy florals and much colour?! Her clothes tend to be extremely expensive so I don’t think it’s a budget issue ! , but choice. I myself don’t find her clothes particularly interesting but I love it when she’s looking happy , which is noticeable now and noticeably absent over a long period before. (Grace)
DeleteBoth Charlene and Camille looks lovely. Camille is really becoming a very stylish and hardworking member of the Princely family.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean with "hard working"? Very very privileged people, just standing and smiling...
DeleteO dear anon 14.15, you know that you will receive some comments... :)
DeleteAnonymous 14:15 I agree. Some royals are very hard working, deeply involved with some spectacular causes around which they’ve developed a lot of expertise and passion; and others seem to be more about the show up and smile (or not smile), and dabble in a few events. I guess this has always been the way of the very rich and royal, and is based on their personalities more than their positions.
DeleteBleu-marine et noir élégamment combinés par Charlène ; ce style de manteau sans manches légèrement cintré épouse à merveille sa silhouette ; j'aime beaucoup le revers qui doit être en cuir ?!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful silhouette of this sleeveless coat but I am not too fond of navy and black combination.
ReplyDeleteLove the 1st & 2nd photos. Seeing the couple fun side! Albert genuine smile.I keep saying it,but Charlene is looking radiant and happy of late,it’s a pleasure to see! Bea
ReplyDeleteSorry to bore my fellow bloggers on history and fashion but I’ve always been curious about what’s behind the object I’m looking at and especially the person/s or company responsible.
ReplyDeleteIn this case it’s fashion.
I’m an addict on rags-to-riches stories and biographies on people in the rag trade.
So having said that, I'll pick up the thread (pun intended) on Princess Charlene’s coat/vest by the Italian fashion house LORO PIANA.
The company, established by Pietro Loro Piana, will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year (2024).
Its reputation is based on its use of premium wool, cashmere and other noble textiles used in the haute couture industry.
One of the textiles they use is the wool from the Andean vicuñas camel which has been an animal at risk of extinction but now protected with aid from the contributions by Loro Piana.
The company does very little marketing.
Their historic reputation sells their product.
Their products are a “must-have” and for those who love to be wrapped in luxury.
One of their coats will be your friend for life and if bad times come your way, you'll always be able to sell it.
p.s. if you know this already or just not interested, just click on …… simple.
Now this is the Charlene I'm familiar with. She looks lovely. That coat is absolutely fabulous, with its two textures.

Charlene and Albert look like they actually like each other for a change! She looks radiant and he looks happy as well. Good for them! The outfit is great on her no matter what color it is. Gorgeous coat.
ReplyDeleteCharlene looks great in this outfit. Just don't care for the boots. css
ReplyDeleteI wish she had worn a contrasting blouse like the model is wearing, to better show off the cool-looking sleeveless vest. Wearing black or a dark colour under the vest minimizes its design effect. If we didn't see the model's version we'd never have thought that it was sleeveless.

I adore this outfit - sleek and fits her beautifully; but made extra special with all her lovely smiles!
