Princess Martha Louise and Durek Verrett announced their wedding will take place on August 31, 2024. The marriage will be celebrated at the Hotel Union in Gerainger, Norway. By choosing an August wedding, Princess Martha Louise is following a family tradition. King Harald and Queen Sonja and the Crown Prince's couple sent their congratulations and wished the couple all the best for the future. Princess Martha Louise and Durek Verrett had announced their engagement in 2022.

    She already wore a bridal gown ? Or did they took the photos already ? Costarellos a Greek designer who made outfits for Queen Mathilde and one for Queen Maxima too I think, but I am not sure of that. I think also she must be looking good in that dress style. Difficult to see if she is not standing up. Rose

      She already has resigned from all official duties and will not use her title for any commercial purposes. Also, as far as I know, she does not receive any money from the Norwegian Government or the Crown.

      Someone needs to butt out here 17:51. To your information ML hasn't been a HRH since 2001. She doesn't get a dime and does not work for the NRF. She has earned her own money and provided for her family herself for over 20 years.

    I am in no position to judge P. Martha- Louise' s love life.
    I just wish this splendid lady so much happines for the years to come.
    She suffered a lot in the past.
    Re: the wedding location.
    I wish everyone to tour the Geiranger Fjord at least once in their lives, as well as other spectacular landmarks in Norway.
    Believe me, Geiranger is a fairytale land, suspended in space and time.
    You only see very high mountains and green pure waters all around.
    I know this hotel, it is a jewel.
