Queeen Camilla a clear winner for me in the style stakes today. There was something elegant and timeless in her whole look which Mme Macron’s outfit did not have. I can’t believe I’m putting a red jacket second to a white coat but there it is 😀

When Duchess Catherine wears black trousers and a red Zara blazer everybody says "Oh" and "Ha". When Mrs Macron wears about the same and of better quality (she always wears clothes of high quality) you don't find it elegant and timeless. As far as I know Chanel (inspired) jackets of a good brand are as timeless as can be and they are fashion this season, especially in the longer version.

Queen Camilla looks very nice in this blue dress and white overcoat. I think Madame Macron looks ridiculous with that bouffant wig.

Mrs. Macron jacket is beautiful but really, something must be done about her hair. I’m surprised that all those who criticize Queen Maxima’s hair haven’t jumped on Madam Macron. … Marie

You're right about the hair: a number of people on this blog take every opportunity to bash Queen Maxima and her hair is an easy target. Both Mrs. Macron and Queen Maxima can live with their hair as they watch themselves in a mirror every day and they don't care about the opinion of others in this respect.... As far as I'm concerned one can only admire them for this!

Maybe there is too much hair and a bit of old-fashioned Mireille Mathieu hairstyle, but at least it looks well kept.

Very nice outfits for both ladies. I really like the longer jacket Brigitte Macron is wearing I am sure it must. Q Camilla's combo very nice be Dior? and eversible. Wonder if Mrs Macron's hair is real or a wig? either way it looks good. css

Madame Macron has been wearing a wig for a long time, The wig doesn't fit properly, it is too full, it does not look natural.

Madame Macron always looking chic and stunning. Love the red longer jacket. Queen Camilla looks nicely groomed and a good outfit for her. It would have looked better had she worn black shoes. The tan doesn't belong with that outfit. If Madame Macron didn't need an umbrella, why did Camilla need to carry one? Just curious.

@Virginia D. I don't know what weather it was in Paris but in Brussels it has been raining the whole day. Maybe QCamilla didn't take any risk. She was dressed a bit too summery in that white coat and summer dress underneath. Brigitte Macron was dressed according the t° and the season. She always wear clothes of excellent quality. Rose

Maybe because her hair doesn’t curl due to the rain …

This outfit is spot on right colour; I like the pattern of the dress material; even the style of the collar type scarf on point; stylish. Camilla looks bright and happy. Mrs Macron is an inspiration to us all; bright and cheery. Age is in your head there is nothing holding these girls back(Tara)

Another stylish day in France! The Queen looks beautiful, modern and interesting in this outfit. It seems that her sense of humor makes these, perhaps, stuffy events more relaxed and fun.

They both are very well dressed but I prefer QC. Love her blue and white dress with the white coat. Excellent!

  11. Je me permets de transmettre à nouveau mon commentaire dont je n'ai pas eu de retour. La veste de couleur rouge-corail sied à ravir à madame Macron ; je pense lui avoir déjà vue de chez Chanel ?!
