On August 22, Crown Princess Victoria attended the Stockholm Junior Water Prize 2023 award ceremony held at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre. The Crown Princess presented the Prize 2023 to Naomi Park from USA, and Diploma of Excellence to Ayse Pelin Dedeler from Turkiye. The prize is an international competition for innovators aged between 15 and 20 years who have developed solutions to major water challenges.
Lovely dress. The neckline is very flattering for the Crown Princess. Not a huge fan of the shoes but they're okay

DeleteOff shoulder blouse and magnificent amethyst necklace is a great look. Even if the stones should be glass, they still look very good. I find the skirt just a bit too voluminous and never liked those shoes.

Belle Victoria dans ce haut au décolleté bateau mais j'ai eu comme un petit coup de chaleur quand j’ai vu sa couleur noire ainsi que dans le fond de sa jupe ; le seul point rafraîchissant sont les boucles d'oreilles et le collier en améthystes ; dans mon appartement même bien fermé avec juste la lumière de mon ordinateur, il fait 30 degrés !!

ReplyDeleteDo you think the stones could be aquamarine? The color of the stones changes with each picture on my screen. But if blue, they would pick up some of the colors in the skirt, which would make more sense. I do like the whole picture, including the sandals. It has a somewhat retro vibe.

She has a similar skirt in a white silky fabric with big flowers or other drawings I can't remember exactly, but I know this skirt would have looked even better now that the weather is not too cold yet and the sun is shining. I know the shoes are a bit old fashion, the same style of shoes Princess Laurentien was wearing the other day. Well we cannot say that these royal ladies are not recycling their shoes. I love her necklace because I love amethysts. I don't know if they are real. Nowadays there are so many types of new gems that we must ask a specialist to show us the difference. I love her in these voluminous skirts, she wears them beautifully with simple tops like this. And even if I am the only one, I like these peeptoe sandals with this outfit. The high heels make them very elegant and they go well with this type of skirt. (GM)

ReplyDeleteI like this outfit. Simple, flattering, no fuss. I´m not a big fan of the shoes either but they work with the styling. It´s casually elegant as a whole.
ReplyDeleteI think the outfit had been even better if the short was cocktail length. Also, the side seam of the skirt is drawing unnecessary attention which could have been avoided if the pattern had matched up better.
