Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume, Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie and Prince Felix of Luxembourg voted in the municipal elections 2023 on Sunday. The family arrived on foot at the Cercle Cite located in Place d'Armes, which is within a short walking distance of the Grand Ducal Palace. The family fulfilled their duty as citizens by casting their ballot in the Ratskeller office of the Cercle Municipal.

ردحذفThis might be my favourite look from Stephanie lately. Great colour for summer, perfect cut - not too tight, not too short, no weird cut-outs... She looks wonderful!
ردحذفNot so sure about the mens' attire. I get that they're public figures, but a full suit and tie to walk a few metres and cast a vote seems a bit overkill, especially in this heat. A bit strange for a family that usually isn't shy when it comes to dressing casually. But oh well. Can't complain - they look nice of course.

حذفIt's quite common in many other countries where citizens of one country live in another, but still vote in their home country's affairs as long as they retain their citizenship.

As long as you remain a citizen of the respective European state, you can still take part in national elections. Municipal elections would depend on whether you remain registered there (it's possible to have a secondary residence) or not - but that seems to be the case with Félix.

حذفLovely dress, perfect choice not only for pregnancy and postpartum periods, but especially good (and designed) for this time. I am also happy with the flats, good colour for this dress. As for the gentlemen, shall I say that Guillaume's pants should be dark because this colour makes him broad? *giggle*. They look nice, even if I am not a fan of jackets that seem to beg "I can't take this tension any more, let me burst open".
