The Consulate General of Sweden in New York held a reception in honor of Princess Madeleine of Sweden and the World Childhood Foundation USA. Swedish Princess Madeleine, deputy honorary chair of the World Childhood Foundation, was present at the reception. For more than two decades, the World Childhood Foundation, established by Queen Silvia of Sweden, has been working to protect the world's most vulnerable children from sexual abuse, exploitation and violence.

Yes she looks different. perhaps the photos are retouched, but then again she is getting older.
حذفI agree, she looked like herself in the first photo, but the second and third photo was odd. The outfit, is way too fussy with details, the clutch too big and over detailed to go with the fussy skirt, and sleeveless jacket. Overall look, disappointing. She usually dresses quite well.

About Princess Madeleine : she is still very beautiful. Many people don't realize that with age everybody change. The art is to accept this and trying to live as healthy as possible. To me she looks very good : beautiful hair, natural make-up,
still a good shape.
People all age, but she had work done several years ago, and I hope she doesn't go as far as her Mum did, to look completely different. She is a beautiful woman, age gracefully, please.

It all looks very good until I scrolled down to the bottom of the picture. I don't like the lace. It looks as if her slip is showing, a no in the days we wore slips.

Along with Alexandra of Luxembourg, Madeleine is Europe's most beautiful "born" princess imho. She looks fabulous!

Who knows, deadeggs; but I for one prefer living in a climate with lovely cold dry winters & hot dry summers as opposed to the heat & humidity (which I left) of e.g. Florida all year long - it would be stifling. But to each his own. |Melanie|
