  3. What do you think the two ladies are saying in the first photo: “and this is our oldest granddaughter, Estelle, she’s going to be queen one day, you know. And this is her little brother Oscar, and that’s……”. Both ladies looked lovely this week. QSilvia rarely missteps.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

    2. I love your post! I was surprised to seem them looking at the Queen's phone, just like we normal people do :) The Queen and First Lady seemed to click from their very first meeting.

Oh my, I love Silvia’s lavender coat! The king looks grumpy as usual but he seems to just have a resting grump face!

The dear king has a natural downturn to his mouth which gives that look. I believe he is a very sweet man and always so well dressed.

Yes, I also have a downturned mouth like the king and many times people think I’m angry or grumpy when I’m not. I agree the king is probably a very nice man and he does have a wonderful smile when he chooses.

Our king is everything except grumpy :) He has a big sense of humor actually. However he hates journalists

I love the coat too and the emerald evening dress. I wonder why she wears two times a tiara in a country with a president knowing that the first lady doesn't wear jewels like that.

The lilac coat is beautiful. The wide lapels are nicely balanced by the width at the bottom. The emerald evening dress is very nice. I am surprised she is wearing such a large tiara to a visit to a republic. Once again I must compliment First Lady Sirje Karis on her evening dress. Simple and elegant design and fabric.

Nice color the Q is wearing today. As I understand it they will see each other again in London, since the President and First lady of Estonia are invided as well to the Coronation. css

I love Silvia's lilac coat. It is a repeat but bright color makes her stand out and easier to notice among the crowd.
Her emerald green evening gown for the dinner was pretty. I did not expect to see two tiara appearances for the queen but those historical jewels are always such a treat to see! So not complaining.

Estonian first lady Sirje Karis looked very lovely. Loved her evening gowns and her daytime outfits were also well choosen.

My favorite photo was the first photo where Queen Silvia and Mrs. Karis were sitting in the train and both of them staring at the phone screen. Good reminder that these days even our grandmothers are eyes on the screen :D
