On April 8, Crown Princess Mary attended the opening of children's global culture summit "Children Need Arts" at the Royal Playhouse in Copenhagen. The summit takes place on 8 and 9 May, 2023 and focuses on how arts and culture in everyday life provide vision into the future and how fields of arts, as a means, can strengthen the children's and young people's belief in their personal worth, potential and opportunities.
After the opening, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark visited adult day care center Christianehoj in Soborg. The center provides services for people with mental and physical disabilities and has special neuro-rehabilitation services for people with acquired brain damage or late-stage brain damage.
