On April 11, 2023, The Duchess of Edinburgh, in her role as the sponsor, visited the warship HMS Daring at HM Naval Base Portsmouth in order to see the progress of it's refit and maintenance carried out by the staffs of The Royal Navy and BAE Systems Maritime company whilst the ship was in dry dock.
HMS Daring is a Type 45 destroyer warship, and it was launched by the then Countess of Wessex in 2006. The warship has been undergoing a regeneration programme including engine and power upgrades since 2020.

The camel blazer is very nice, and the Duchess accessorized it perfectly with the brooch. The white blouse is perfect, and her hair and makeup are nicely done. The earrings match her eyes.

DeleteSophie looks awesome here! Beautifully dressed for her meeting--great jacket and hair along with simple, stylish accessories. No idea how she's doing it but she is also looking great in that helmet and those coveralls. Such a dynamic lady and marvelous representative for the BRF.
