On the third day of her working visit to Fiji, Crown Princess Mary participated in a sailing tour on the traditional vessel "Uto Ni Yalo". Then, the Crown Princess attended a meeting with Fiji’s Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka. Afterwards, the Crown Princess visited the headquarters of the organisation "Fiji Disabled Peoples Federation". Then, the Crown Princess visited the University of the South Pacific.

I am curious, how do the stripes within a material make it cooler? Is there something special I do not know about stripes? Or did you mean the stripes make the dress look more casual and something for a warm, humid climate?

@Anon 16:06 To me, pale blue stripes on a background of white is reminiscent of water, and therefore suggests a cooling tone. When the fabric is cotton, linen or voile, that makes it physically cooler.

ردحذفFabulous look! Love the dress and glad she added the belt for some definition at the waist. I also love her sandals--she seems to have worn them with many of her outfits on this trip--they are a terrific basic staple choice of footwear that can be worn with almost anything during the spring and summer. Mary looks great here.
