On April 19, 2023, Queen Maxima atended the start of the Flower Parade (Bloemencorso Bollenstreek) in Sassenheim. The Bloemencorso of the Bollenstreek is the largest spring festival in The Netherlands. In 2023, the official parade is on Saturday 22 April but prior to the parade, there are many parade-related events in the Bollenstreek (Dutch flower region).
Bloemencorso is a parade with floats that are completely decorated with bulb flowers such as tulips, hyacinths and daffodils. The main highlight of the event is the parade when the colourful floats and the vehicles decorated in masses of flowers travel the 42 km route.

ردحذفI am verry happy that I am not the only one who noticed this. Her hair looks nice but if you look closely it is a mess. Yesterday she was in Italy and her hair looked well cared for but I think she did not brush it for today since yesterday and after she woke up today.
حذف@Iris, I came to the conclusion, that Maxima likes her hair 'undone'. It is the 'out-of-bed' look she goes for. We are probably clueless and don't understand the statement. Or we are obsessed with hairbrushes. And she has overcome that obsession and freed herself from old-fashiones morning routines like getting ready in the morning before going out for work.

There sure is an obsession over hair extensions. What a waste of energy. You can see by the pictures that the wind is blowing her hair. I think I would rather have my queen focus on her work rather than running from the car to a private room to have hair and makeup touched up by her team before greeting her hosts. This must explain the helmet hair the older royal ladies have. They could emerge from a hurricane without a hair out of place.

All the negative comments about the hairstyle, even if there are curls in her hair and it looks good for several days now, is just an opportunity to say something about someone you don't like. In the future better say nothing if you really dislike her.
ردحذفRubbish, just because someone states something negative about our royal and aristocratic protagonists on this blog does not imply that we dislike or hate them, as has been suggested. What is the point of commenting if nothing negative is allowed? Tastes and opinions differ, glorification is boring and unrealistic, so why should people not express their views as long as they are fair?
