On April 20, 2023, Queen Letizia of Spain attended the anniversary event of the 1st medical air evacuation in Spain held at the Cuatro Vientos military base in Madrid. Aeromedical evacuation usually refers to the use of military transport aircraft to carry wounded personnel. The first medical air evacuation missions in Spain took place in 1917 in North Africa. Queen Letizia wore a new pink tweed jacket by Mirto.

Un conjunto precioso. La chaqueta clásica tipo Chanel con unos pantalones modernos, de gran movimiento fluido y parecen muy cómodos, al igual que los zapatos de tacón bajo. Una gran mezcla. Bravo, Letizia.
