Prince Albert and Princess Charlene officially inaugurated the new creche Testimonio, which opened its doors on 3 January 2023. Located in the east of the Principality, in the Elsa Tower of the Testimonio II building, this new creche is the thirteenth childcare facility in the Principality for children aged from 0 to 3 years old. As a novelty, a "garden of scents" has been set up in the creche in order to promote the awakening of toddlers.
