On February 17, Princess Anne attended the War Memorial Rededication Ceremony at Cathedral Square in Christchurch. She was accompanied by her husband Vice-Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence. Princess Anne then visited Canterbury Agricultural Park where she unveiled a plaque dedicated to the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association.
Yesterday, The Princess visited the New Zealand Riding for the Disabled Association in Porirua. The Princess joined Riding for the Disabled Association as its Patron in 1971, later becoming President in 1985. The Princess then opened the Mission to Seafarers new Wellington Mission, and later unveiled the foundation stone for the Mission to Seafarers and Merchant Navy Memorial at Wellington Cathedral.
Lovely seeing Anne on her trip. Her outfits are in keeping with her personal style, and yet classic and appropriate for the occasions.

I like both dresses, especially the second one. I know that the Princess Royal likes gloves (and so do I) but if she must wear them, why not in a lighter colour to match her outfits?.

On the fashion front, the best I have ever seen Princess Anne was when she wore her wedding dress (first marriage about 50 years ago).
Based on a Tudor-style dress with a high collar and medieval sleeves and
designed by British designer Maureen Baker, it was a masterpiece.
Maureen Baker passed away about 6 years ago but made her fame from the design of this dress.
