Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited Sint-Lievenscollege in Ghent as part of the "Flemish Week against Bullying 2023" which runs from 10 to 18 February. Queen Mathilde of Belgium received information about the anti-bullying policy of the school and then participated in various activities that raise awareness among the students about this problem. Sint-Lievenscollege is a Catholic group of schools in Ghent.
There’s an awful lot of draped fabric in the top which looks rather clumsy especially when Q.M. Is seated. I think she has far better outfits than this. (V.M.)

ردحذفReally like the style and draping of the outfit, but the color is heading straight towards the old lady category. Would have been a 10/10 in a bolder or brighter color.
ردحذفI also like the draping even if a bit bulky but that is not a problem, soft colors have their charm. However I don't agree on attributing so much importance on the color. The reality is however that Mathilde looks a 50ys old woman, which is normal. The hair styling could remedy that to some extent, if she wanted.

ردحذفSomething is slightly off about this outfit, but cannot say exactly what it is. I too am of the opinion written before, that the upwards flip is not a really good look for her. It makes her cheeks look overly plump.
ردحذفThis outfit has a very interesting collar feature, the Queen wears it well. The color of this outfit is sublime, gorgeous. She looks lovely in this suit. Love the coat. The color of her bag and shoes work in well. Her earrings look beautiful. Another very impressive Queen, she does such marvellous work.

I like outfits that don't follow trends too much, but she is perfect in her sense of balance, TPO, and class. Lovely again.
Je ne peux pas dire que ce col drapé en biais aille bien à Mathilde ; par contre, très jolie couleur de l'ensemble !
