On January 1, 2023, King Charles III and Queen Consort attended the New Year's Day service at the Church of St Mary Magdalene on the Sandringham estate in Sandringham, Norfolk. King Charles attended this service in his capacity as monarch for the first time.

The royal family's tradition of attending a New Year's Day service at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham ceased for two years due to the pandemic and Queen Elizabeth's health. Along with their extended family, the King celebrated Christmas at the Norfolk estate, as the British royals traditionally do.

    QC Camilla is lovely in the Max Mara coat. Her hat with feather is one of her better ones. Her smile is very nice too. KC looks dapper.

      She can wear all kinds of hats. The big-brimmed ones and the more discreet ones. She has a hat face. And she has spiced up her style a bit in her new role. Nice and puristic coat. Frieda

    Nice,appropriate ensemble for Camilla. Looks warm and snug.
    As I’m a ‘pop of colour’ fan, I’d like to see just a dab of bright colour somewhere.
    And the boots? Perfect choice for the occasion, but please dear Camilla, not in the palace.

    This is one of QC better looks. The tie belt is very flattering on her.
    I think Charles (and Edward) have Sandringham coats. Every Christmas, they’re seen wearing the same overcoats, that they’ve worn for years.

    This is a wonderful ensemble! The silhouette is very flattering, the colour an unusual shade & the hat understated, but exquisite. She looks 10 years younger here!

    This is a beautiful coat, I love this coat. The brooch is a great addition, looking lovely. The hat looks fabulous and suits her well. Love her boots and bag.
