As they do every year before Christmas, on December 15, 2022, Belgian Royal family released their Christmas card. The new family photo was taken by photographer Bas Bogaerts, and shows King Philippe, Queen Mathilde, Crown Princess Elisabeth, Prince Gabriel, Prince Emmanuel and Princess Eleonore with their two dogs, Jeep and Simba.

      If you talk about ‘drama’; the family did have a long period of it recently with time spent in and out of legal courts. The results being that there is now a new princess in the family.
      But it’s now the family festive season and a good time to put the (negative) past behind us.
      Happy festive season to the Royal family of Belgium.

    What a beautiful family! Everyone looks splendid here. Even the dogs match the colour scheme ;). It seems the younger daughter has changed almost overnight from a girl to a young woman. (V.M.)
