On December 6, Dutch Queen Maxima, as Honorary President of MIND Us, attended the board meeting of the MIND Us Foundation at Noordeinde Palace in The Hague. During the meeting, the board of MIND Us presented a program aiming to strengthen the mental health of young people. The program focuses on the living environment of young people in their neighborhood and leisure time at school and online.

ردحذفIt seems to me that the overall reactions on this platform on what Queen Maxima wears is very negative. In another internetpage about the fashion of Queen Maxima she only gets very positive reactions on this particular outfit. It is getting a bit irritating.

It's just that she - more often than not - doesn't quite look as good as she could i.e.: messy hair or improperly fitted clothing.
We all have our opinions and it's fun to be able to express them in this forum......but, we need to be mindful to do so in a decent and hopefully humorous manner and be respectful of the opinions of others without getting political.

حذف@Siv I agree with you. There are a lot of people here that are not very fashion savvy. They don't have a clue what the latest styles are and say the royals need stylists if they are dressing on trend.
حذفFor once I think she should've gone for a belt or anything really that transforms this ensemble into something less pyjama-y, especially if she goes for bed head hair, too. Don't particularly mind the purple, but wish it was a bit deeper in tone to make it more elegant. Overall, this can stay at the very back of Maxima's wardrobe until the end of time.

ردحذفShe is a joy to behold! Queen Maxima is always at ease in every surrounding, she seems to be genuinely interested in everyone she encounters, and, is always happy. In addition, she is beautiful and her wardrobe is vibrant. We may not always care for her choices, but she obviously dresses as she pleases and that requires self confidence. Hopefully, she will inspire young people to be happy in their own skin. I think the purple/blue combination is very attractive.

ردحذفThe coat is a great shade of blue and looks well with the purple. Pity there wasn’t more blue to break up the monotony of the purple. The first picture is hilarious. It looks like she’s got lights on her boobs!
