  1. Est-ce que je vois un raccourcissement dans la coiffure de Mathilde ? Si c'est le cas, cela donne l'impression qu'elle a rajeuni ; elle est ravissante !

  2. Oh no! Too much volume and fabric. Extra big collar, pleated skirt and wide and short sleeves are not a good choice. Ladyofthemanor

  3. Classic grey combination and wonderfully fresh styled hair: lovely,

  4. I’m all for a monochromatic outfit but this seems to have just too many layers of grey. The photo of QM sitting down looks like she’s wearing a pile of blankets. Without the coat I think it would be perfect. (V.M.)

  5. Is this really a coat on top of a shawl on top of a suit all in a mix of drab greys and beige? It's clearly cold, King Philippe is also well wrapped up but perhaps a heavier coat? Or a warmer outfit generally. Definitly not one of Queen Mathilde's better looks

  6. The grey combination looks lovely. Im not quite sure what she is wearing with the layer effect, it's a bit difficult to make out in these photos, regardless she looks fabulous. I love the choice of grey shoes and small clutch. She is so impressive. Her interaction with the guests today waiting to greet her was really heartwarming. She was natural, engaging, exuded warmth and caring. What an asset she is, I think she's wonderful.

  7. Busy lady, yesterday the UK today at a home event. Great color outfit, but too much material on top. Shoes and bag should have had some color. Like this it looks to drab css

Love the idea here but the execution has too much material--less fabric draping the top half would have been better. I do like the gray suit--its lovely and has major potential if some of that fabric is removed. Mathilde is doing one thing that bugs me--her love for matchy/matchy with her outfit and her accesories. Wish she had chosen a different color for her shoes and purse. Red would have been awesome and it would have given her a much needed pop of color.

Would have loved her to pull out the burgundy gloves and scarf she’s worn previously with this gray tone….one of my favorite color combos by QM!

A lot of grey fabric. That is all I see here
